The Villa is a typical Andalusian style located in Marbella east, Elviria just 250 mts from Santa Maria Golf Club, less than 2 km from the beach, and around 1 km from more than 20 restaurants. It is equipped with all modern appliances including air conditioning in all rooms, a beautiful large kitchen and dining area, underfloor heating, heated pool and spa, large terraces that overlook both the Sea, mountains and golf courses. The terrace is equipped with a large BBQ and has a large outdoor dining table that suits plenty of guests. Ground floor level: two lovely bedrooms both with separate bathrooms. On the first floor you find three and a half bedrooms, two of which has a great view over the sea. The master bedroom also has a great terrace with plenty of space for sun beds. The pool, garden and terraces offer plenty of privacy, making it perfect for private events and parties or just for enjoying a cold drink in the sun. The pool is very child friendly, as one part of it has a depth of around 20 cm. The villa sleeps 12 in total: 4 double bedrooms + 1 family bedroom with 2 independent beds for 4 people, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet – perfect for families or larger groups of friends. Elviria is a lively area with plenty of facilities for both children and adults, including forest playgrounds, golf courses restaurants, bars etc.
