The gardens of Marina Puente Romano
Marina Puente Romano, an exclusive urbanization, lies to the west of the Hotel Puente Romano.
It comprises 234 apartments, divided into 3 gardens of different styles:
- Andalusian Gardens with 72 apartments, close to the tennis complex and gym of the hotel (to which all Marina Puente Romano owners have the right to become members)
- Persian Gardens with 84 apartments
- Japanese Gardens with 78 apartments
Andalusian, Persian, and Japanese Gardens: a unique offering.
The total site measures some 100,000m2 and is, in many people’s opinion, the best located beachside estate in Marbella. Each garden has its own magnificent community pool and most of the penthouses have plunge pools on the top floor.
The development
Marina Puente Romano was developed in only one phase of construction, by the original owner of the Hotel Puente Romano, Mr. Al Midani, and Architect Villarroel and finished in 1992. Parts of the Persian Gardens and Japanese Gardens are first line to the sea, and the other apartments have direct access.
Luxury beachfront living with access to premium amenities.
Property owners can use the public hotel facilities and enjoy the tennis club, beach club, restaurants, gym, bars and many others. The entire estate benefits from a central security system with a 24-hour guard.
